Lori Beeler Crisp MSN, BSN, ASN, FNP- C

In 1991, Lori began her nursing career as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Hillcrest Nursing home and worked as a Nursing Assistant at St. Mary’s Hospital until the birth of her second child in 1994.


Through the years that followed, she worked as a private duty nurse, cared for members of her family and worked factory jobs until deciding to further her nursing career.  In 2007, she earned her LPN certification from Tennessee Technology Center.


She continued her education at Lincoln Memorial University, and attained an Associate’s degree while working full time at Blount Memorial Hospital.


In 2012, she earned her Bachelor’s degree at King University. During this time, she worked on Medical/Surgical floors, became a Clinical Educator, and finally, a Patient Care Coordinator managing all night shift nurses at Blount Memorial hospital.


Lori finally fulfilled her dream of attaining a Master’s degree from Lincoln Memorial University in 2014, and she is now certified by the AANP as a Family Nurse Practitioner.


She previously worked at Blount Senior Care Partners, PLLC in geriatrics, but has now returned to Rocky Top Family Practice to serve the people of her own community and to fulfill her dream of treating persons from the Appalachian Mountains.


Lori is the mother of two daughters and two grandsons.  She loves spending time in the mountains camping and enjoying the quietness of the outdoors.  In addition to this, she loves music and is proud of her mountain heritage and its mountain music. She considers it an honor to serve the people of this community.
